Hello, today I would like to talk about a teacher of the UT (University of Tecamac).
This teacher teachs maths: algebra, geometry, calculus and everything which means numbers, almost an artist of numbers!!!
He came to the world not so time before, maybe a few years ago (that's no matter), he studied his bachelor in economy at University of Hidalgo, it only takes him five years, he always gets a lot of pain when his subjects depended of explain about theories (capitalism, monetarist, fisioctratasetc...) or thoughts of famous people (Taylor, Keyness, Kalecky, Marx, etc...), but when the subjects were numerical, his brain worked as a well oiled machine.
Later he started to tech maths in a private University, was in those times when he felt the call of teaching profession, a little few time more, he got a job at the UT and teached advanced maths, later, he took applied calculus, at the end came differential equations applied, and he feelt really happy.
He likes to teach using mayeutica, the socratic methodology, where the tutor or master uses what the student's knowledge to help the student to reachs and to builds its own knowledge, this teacher solve exercises in real time using what the student knows, with this method, the student gets a lot of trust in itself, and will be capable to solve any kind of exercise.
Of course, I'm talking about Juan Sandoval.
Thank you.
